Abigail's Creative Book Review

The Egyptian Cinderella is by Shirley Climo, its about a girl named Rhodopis who is different from all the other girls living in there masters house. Rhodopis is a slave and when she is done with her chores she dances, so her master gave her gold slippers, so know she is even more different. But one day a hawk (Hours) took her slipper far far away. This story is phenomenal, mostly of the ending but I'm not going to give it away, the story is also phenomenal because of the amazing pictures by Ruth Heller they tie the whole story together. I recommend this story for boys and girls of all ages because most boys and girls have seen the movie Cinderella and I think it would be good for them to read the original version. - Abigail
